When you submit a form on this site or on behalf of one of our independent agent partners — including Medicare review requests, life insurance inquiries, and seminar RSVPs — we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any answers you provide to qualifying questions (such as your current coverage situation or preferred contact method).
Your information is used exclusively to connect you with a licensed, independent insurance agent for follow-up by phone, text, or email regarding the products you inquired about. If you RSVP to an educational seminar, your information is also used to send event confirmations and reminders.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the specific agent or agency you contacted, and with the CRM and communication platforms (such as GoHighLevel) that power our follow-up systems on that agent's behalf.
Agents advertising Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D plans through this site are licensed insurance agents and are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or the federal Medicare program. We do not collect Social Security numbers, Medicare ID numbers, or Medicaid information through any form on this site.
